Personal Data Processing Policy

This document explains how the Binium project processes personal data obtained through the binium.eu website and forms on the Tally.so platform.

1. Who is the controller?

Since the company is in the process of being established, the Binium project team is currently responsible for the protection and processing of data

2. What data do we collect and for what purpose?

We process data based on two different forms. The scope of data and purpose varies depending on your interest:

A) Form: Contact us

This form is for future customers and partners. We store the data in our database of interested parties and will contact you when the product is launched.

  • Collected data: Name, email, company name, job title.
  • Optional data: Phone number, message/note.
  • Purpose: Registration of "Early Access" applicants, sending information about sales launch, business communication.
  • Legal basis: Consent of the data subject (expressed by submitting the form and checking the consent box).

B) Form: Request Pitch Deck

This form is exclusively for potential investors who are interested in seeing our detailed materials.

  • Collected data: Name, email, company name, job position.
  • Optional data: Message/note.
  • Purpose: Verification of investor identity (Due Diligence) and subsequent sending of confidential materials (Pitch Deck).
  • Special processing: With this form, there is verification of the accuracy of the data. We reserve the right to check publicly available information (e.g., LinkedIn, business register) to verify that it is a relevant investor before sending sensitive business data.

3. Where is the data located (Processors)?

We do not sell your data. For the technical provision of data collection, we use the Tally.so platform (Tally BV, Belgium), which meets GDPR requirements and stores data within the EU.

4. How long do we keep the data?

  • Product applicants: We keep the data until the product is launched and then for 3 years for business communication purposes, or until you withdraw your consent.
  • Investors: We keep the data for the duration of investment negotiations. If the investment does not occur, we will keep the contact details in the archive for 2 years in case of a future investment round, unless you request deletion sooner.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request at any time:

  • Statement of what data we have about you (Right of access).
  • Correction of incorrect data.
  • Deletion of your data (Right to be forgotten) – if you write to us, we will immediately remove you from the early-access database or investor list.
  • Withdrawal of consent to receiving emails.

You can exercise your rights by sending an email to the address specified in point 1.
